Will be interesting to see what Saturdays game looks like from a crowd capacity viewpoint - with it not being included with your season ticket, you would hope that most who buy tickets will actually go

Any old iron It’s guaranteed that we won’t get a Boxing Day game I reckon it’s based on safety concerns from the police

I counted between 50 and 100 empty seats in the East Stand blocks - max 2500 ..... couldn’t see many empty in BM and TB and West looked much fuller ... so 52000 is probably on low side

Say more than 48 last night I reckon. Few empty seats as always at any game anywhere but not a quarter of the ground.

I would say c52000 last night but either way there were 59870 tickets sold. Suspect many kids with season tickets didn’t turn up on a cold Jan evening with parents not bothering to post on Ticket Trader just for £2.70 !

48,000 for a mid table game on the evening of the first day back to work after a boozy & expensive Christmas?
Amazing turnout. Fantastic supporters.

As much as most of us hate the SHIT-PIT; it's quite incredible how we manage to pull 60k crowds especially considering how poorly that we've played there over the past couple of years.
It's some incredible achievement; especially when other London clubs like Fulham and Palace can't even sell-out their small grounds.
It just goes to show how much bigger we are than these sort of clubs but, unfortunately, our team is often on the same sort of level.

Anyone with a brain knows the actual attendance is at least 10k less than advised most weeks.
Won’t get better with this new initiative of selling dogshit seats about 90m from the pitch.

So Brady will be able to boast 60,000 at home on 2nd Jan 2019
From last season
West Ham's biggest difference in figures was 17,523 fans for the home game against West Brom on Tuesday, 2 January 2018. The official attendance was 56,888 but the council said it was 39,365
